Sedili or Tanjung Sedili is a coastal region in the state of Johor, in Peninsular Malaysia.
Into our 10th edition now, we keep going back back to do this trip because it is such a pleasant ride, giving you sufficient distance, roling terrain to tire out those legs and yet within doable limits for almost everyone!
Since 2013, we have been cycling to Sedili from Woodlands through JB & Kota Tinggi, returning back to Desaru Pengerang via Road 99.
With 11Jan2020 as the last trip, we have now officially retired that route due to the customs crossing & heavy traffic in Johor Bahru area & trunk Road 3.
Replacing that trip is the current Sedili 170, where we have decided to replace the Singapore-Malaysia land-crossing at Woodlands with the ferry bumboat ride between Changi-Pengerang. We want a safer & more pleasant overall experience for our cyclists.
Sedili 170 is arguably The Best Road Cycling in the east coast of Malaysia. No traffic Lights, endless tarmac awaiting you! & Chill out at a nice seaside resort thereafter!
