We were also sponsored for a FAM tour to visit Graubunden, the largest canton of Switzerland. Graubunden is home to some of the country's most spectacular sights. With unspoiled nature, & breath-ytaking countryside.
We started from the city of Chur, Graubuden's capital, before continuing to the famous highland resort of St Moritz & Mt Diavolezza.
We then went further south to explore the southern canton of Ticino, the Italian-speaking of Switzerland near to Lake Como.
Now, we are all ready for these 2 cycling holidays in 2024 & beyond.
Being a strong advocate of sustainability travel, Switzerland prides itself as being one of the forerunners of where they even coined the term "Swisstainability".
Being a valued partner of Switzerland Tourism, SCT is supporting this initiative moving forward when we plan our tours in Switzerland.
We are now doing a simplified guided tour, focussing on Rail & Ride Experience for our tours in Switzerland!
It would continue to be led by our highly experienced cycling leader/guide, though the format will be self-sufficient, bike-packing style, YET with our luggage being transferred daily from hotel to hotel.
Here are what we have lined up for 2024:
A) Swisstainability Trip1:
05-13Jun2024 (open)
Trip album:

This is our 1st guided bikepacking style in 2024!
After arriving to Zurich, we head to historic city of Chur (pronounced as "cool"), where we will spend a day cycling around this beautiful city
Next, we will take the Bernina Express train, one of the Most Spectacular & Scenic train rides in Switzerland. Along the way, the Bernina Express rolls over the 65-metre-high Landwasser Viaduct, the signature structure of the Rhaetian Railway and a UNESCO World Heritage site
Along the way, we would get off to cycle & see the famous Landwasser viaduct, as we cycle our way towards the highland resort of St Moritz.
Then, our cycling leader will take you on another train + cable car ride up to Mt Diavolezza at almost 3000m!
The alpine view up there is breath-taking.
You will have lunch up on the observation deck overlooking snow-capped peaks such as Piz Zupo & Piz Bernina, the highest peak in the eastern Alps.
Ride down to St Moritz before transferring by train to Lugano.
The 2nd part of this itinerary will see us spending a few days cycling selected routes of Lugano, a city in southern Switzerland’s Italian-speaking Ticino region. Its Swiss-Mediterranean mix of cultures is closely related to that of Italy’s northern Lombardy region
From the Lugano, we make day rides out & back to the same hotel daily.
There are a good 15 road cycling routes where we will select the most suitable ones depending on the group's overall ability.
Our cycling leader will take you & your bike on a 30min train journey to Lorcano, an Italian-speaking resort city in southern Switzerland known for the International Film Festival, on Lake Maggiore at the base of the Alps.
One of the key highlights in this trip is also cycling in one of Switzerland's most picturesque & photographed villages, Morcote. It is also part of the .
